As a train driver and photographer, I am constantly on the move, captivated by the ever-changing impressions of my surroundings — whether from people, architecture, or nature. In addition to my work in interior and outdoor photography, I find particular inspiration in documentary photography, which allows me to convey stories and emotions through my camera.

For one month, i explored the city of Mumbai. It reveals itself as a city of contrasts, from luxurious residential areas to densely populated slums. The metropolis pulsates with life and energy, attracting people from all over India with promises of wealth and success. Despite visible social differences and tough living conditions, the residents exhibit remarkable warmth and resilience. In crowded trains, a symbol of the city's constant motion, rich and poor stand side by side. The close-knit community in the slums lives life in a direct, unadulterated way, shaped by strong familial ties and mutual support. Environmental issues such as beach pollution and waste present challenges that are actively addressed.
