Céline Lütolf *1994 ist eine in Zürich arbeitende Fotografin und Art Direktorin. Während ihres Design-Studiums an der ZHdK entdeckte sie das Medium Fotografie als Instrument für visuelles Storytelling. Aus dieser Leidenschaft entstand 2017 die Bachelor-Publikation «In the Land of Shit&Sugar»: Das durch Crowdfunding finanzierte Projekt setzt sich mit der Gestaltung von konsumorientierten Alltagsobjekten und Absurditäten jenseits der gängigen Designkonventionen auseinander.
Nach dem Abschluss an der ZHdK führte sie ihre Liebe für Fotografie nach Paris und London, wo sie 2019 ihren Masterkurs abschloss. Während der Covid-19-Pandemie gründete Celine das Magazin «Limbo&Hatch», welches sich mit visuellen Trends sowie Künstler*innen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Realität und digitalem Raum befasst – die dazugehörige «e-Merge»-Ausgabe erschien 2021.
Nach dem Masterabschluss arbeitete Céline als Assistentin sowie Freelance-Fotografin und absolvierte ein Praktikum in einer Werbeagentur. Seit 2021 lebt sie wieder in der Schweiz, wo sie im Bereich Video und Fotografie tätig ist. Neben ihrem beruflichen Fokus im Werbekontext, realisiert Céline Projekte in den Bereichen Portrait, Fashion sowie Fine-Art. Ihre Arbeitserfahrung umfasst die Art Direktion und Produktion verschiedenster Projekte in der Schweiz als auch im Ausland. 2018 co-kuratierte sie erstmals die photoSCHWEIZ und freut sich, auch in diesem Jahr wieder Teil des Teams zu sein.

Céline Lütolf *1994 is a photographer and art director working in Zurich. During her design studies at the ZHdK, she discovered the medium of photography as a tool for visual storytelling. This passion gave rise to the bachelor publication "In the Land of Shit&Sugar" in 2017: the crowdfunded project explores the design of consumer-oriented everyday objects and absurdities beyond the usual design conventions.
After graduating from ZHdK, her love for photography took her to Paris and London, where she completed her Master's course in 2019. During the Covid 19 pandemic, Celine founded the magazine "Limbo&Hatch", which focuses on visual trends as well as artists* at the intersection of reality and digital space - the accompanying "e-Merge" issue was published in 2021.
After completing her Master's degree, Céline worked as an assistant and freelance photographer and completed an internship at an advertising agency. Since 2021, she has been living back in Switzerland, where she works in the field of video and photography. In addition to her professional focus in the advertising context, Céline realises projects in the areas of portraiture, fashion as well as fine art. Her work experience includes art direction and production of various projects in Switzerland as well as abroad. In 2018, she co-curated photoSCHWEIZ for the first time and is looking forward to being part of the team again this year.
